Eradicating bed bugs brought back from holiday

We discovered to our shock and horror that we had brought bed bugs back from a holiday to America. I got online and looked for pest control companies. I had a list of three or four. I rang each for a price and advice. After speaking to each one, one person stood out to me, as he was very informative over the phone, and spoke in detail about the situation.

This person was Nigel Caves, the Pest Doctor of the firm Pest Doctor NW in Warrington.

It was arranged that he would visit in two days time and in the mean time he advised me of all I had to do to prepare. Nigel arrived as arranged, he spoke in detail to a frantic me, I was panicking and he reassured me he would do his best to sort our problem out.

The fumigation of my house was done and Nigel advised of all we should do and another visit was arranged for the following week. After two fumigations we still found I had been bitten, and after a call to Nigel, he came straight round and used a different product to spray.

All throughout our treatment Nigel was very professional, kind, caring and helpful. He was extremely sympathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to ease our minds and to get our problem solved. I made numerous phone calls to Nigel throughout the five weeks he was treating our house, every single time I spoke to him he was kind, considerate and professional.

We are now six weeks post treatment. And have been bite free and no signs of bed bugs for eight weeks. We are hoping our nightmare is now over. But as Nigel advised we remain vigilant and alert.

I would 100% recommend the services of Nigel, and the company Pest Doctor North West. He definitely went above and beyond to treat our house, give the best advise and reassure us all would be ok in the end.

Locating and eradicating a rat problem

We would like to thank Pest Doctor North West for the very professional service we received over the last few weeks. It was clear from the information Pest Doctor provided that it was essential to locate the source of our rat problem. So along with CCTV and regular baiting we have finally come to the end of what was a very frustrating and upsetting time.
