It is a fast-changing world in Pest Control. There is always new products, procedures and changes in legislation. We feel it is essential for us to be part of BASIS Prompt to keep us up to date and ahead of our competitors. And attendance at training and conferences is essential in assisting us to keep updated. However, maybe some other Pest Control companies don’t see the value of these like we do. It always intrigues me how few Pest Control Companies and staff attend the seminars and training forums that are available in our area to assist us with our Professional Development.
I must admit as I get older, learning for me does seem to take longer to sink in – My wife often says I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to learning something new! However, the qualifications and certificates that our business holds don’t lie – Even if it does take that little bit longer to learn these days!
